MODULES OF THE SOLUTION:
The Seclab SXN solution consists of two main modules:
- File Transfer (FT): Facilitates file transmission.
- Transport Protocol (TP): Compatible with TCP/IP transport.
These two modules can be integrated and used simultaneously on a single SXN device. The SXN device does not require any additional software or external auxiliary systems. The entire system, including applications using TCP/IP to transmit information through layers 5-7 of the OSI model, is compatible with SXN.
PRACTICAL APPLICATION
The solution enables secure data transmission across network devices and isolated network layers. Seclab SXN is a Data Diode 2.0 solution, serving as a replacement for traditional Data Diode (one-way firewall) to ensure security and real-time synchronization, encompassing the following three key factors:
- Security: Lost or dropped packets are authenticated during transmission.
- Integrity: Data packets are ensured to remain unchanged during transmission.
- Authenticity: Data packets are sent from a trusted source.
